Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation By
Semiar Participant
If a Seminar is cancelled two weeks prior to the
Seminar than (1) a 75% refund will be given or (2) a credit equal to
100% of the seminar will be issued that any Operator may use.
If a Seminar is cancelled prior to one week before the Seminar
but not more than two weeks before the Seminar: (1) a 50% refund will
be given or (2) a credit equal to 100% of the Seminar cost will be
issued that any Operator may use.
If a Seminar is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the Seminar than a
credit equal to 100 % of the Seminar cost will be issued that any
Operator may use.
If a Seminar is cancelled, by an Operator, after the scheduled starting date of the
Semianr than no refund will be issued.
Cancellation By
WQI
If a Seminar is cancelled by WQI a 100 percent refund will
be issued.
In the past 10 years WQI has
cancelled no Seminars in Vacaville, Laguna Hills or Mission Viejo. Only two
Seminars have been cancelled in other locations.
