The Grade I/II Seminar is two days in length. The Grade III and IV Seminar is three days in length. Each Seminar contains a Process Review, True and False, Multiple Choice, and Math Section.
The Process Review Section is approximately 100 pages and contains information on:

The True & False and Multiple Choice Sections each contain over 500 questions and answers covering water treatment processes and operations.

The Seminars will increase your probability of passing. The Semiars will nor replace your hard work and study.
The overall pass ratio is approximately fifty percent for the 1,000 or so exams given every six months. This includes many operators who are taking the exam for the second, third, or fourth time.
Sixteen contact hours which can be used for license renewal will be give for the Grade II Review and 24 contact hours which can be used for license renewal will be given for the Grade III and IV Review.
